| Abstract: | This paper proposes the 2 circle-linked systems and gives the necessary and sufficient condition of realizing 2 circle-linked systems by the 2 circle-linked eigenvector.We give the analysis algorithm of 2 circle-linked systems and study the stability and controllability of the 2 circle-linked systems. |
