Abstract: | By using the Crookes’ fluctuation expressions, general fluctuation representation of antisymmetric part of the current-voltage characteristic of slow discharge is obtained. The obtained result is compared with the slow discharge current-voltage characteristic corresponding to the Bochkov-Kuzovlev-Jarzynski’s fluctuation expression. It is demonstrated that in terms of the Bochkov-Kuzovlev-Jarzynski-Crookes theory there exist two quite dissimilar versions of the fluctuation representation of antisymmetric part of the current-voltage characteristic of slow discharge. The contradictory character of the Bochkov-Kuzovlev-Jarzynski-Crookes theory points to topicality of further development of the elementary act fluctuation theory. |
