摘    要:设计了一种采用音波振动方法对颗粒状物质进行筛分的全自动筛分仪,仪器采用微电脑控制筛分的全过程,实现了全自动化,并可外接计算机,获得样品最终粒度分析结果,该仪器广泛适用于石油,地质,水利,海洋,化工,冶金,建材,磨料,医药,轻工,能源等多种领域粉体的粒度分析。

Abstract:An all-automatic sieve instrument which makes use of a sonic viberation method to sieve the grain-like matter was designed. This instrument is characterized by its high analytical speed and high precision, esp. low sieving noise and low environmental pollution. It is suitable for the laboratory experiment, and can substitute for the triditional mechanical viberating sieve instrument. By using of microcomputer controlling the whole sieving process can eliminate the technician labour to a great extent. This instrument can be extensively apllie in the field of petroleum, geology, hgdroengineering, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, buiding material industry, medical indusry, light industry,energy industry etc.
