摘    要:本文介绍了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工业硅中钙和铁,研究了样品制备方法及其共存元素的干扰情况,在选择好的实验条件下,检出限分别为钙0.005%,铁0.003%。相对标准偏差小于10%,本法准确度及精密度均达到满意结果,方法简便、快速。

Abstract:A method for the determination of calcium and iron in industrial silicon by flame atomic absorption spectrumetry has been described in this paper. The method of sample preparation and the interference elements have studied. Under experimental conditions,the detection limitations of these elements are respectively 0. 005%for Ca, 0. 003%for Fe. The relative standard deviation is less than 10%. This method is simple and quick with high accuracy and precision. The results achieued are very satisfactory.
