UVA和UVB区段紫外线照射对DNA影响的拉曼光谱分析

摘    要:本文检测了鲱鱼精DNA水溶液和经UVA和UVB紫外线辐射后的拉曼光谱。研究结果表明,尽管该区段紫外辐射远比UVC照射对DNA影响小,但经过较长时间辐射仍会对鲱鱼精DNA造成损伤,首先受影响的是碱基嘧啶和脱氧核糖。

Abstract:Raman spectra of herring sperm DNA in aqueous solution and after UVA & UVB ultraviolet radiation by 0.5h, 1h, 5h were reported. The Raman spectral bands indicated that the influence of the DNA molecule with UVA & UVB ultraviolet radiation was less than the influence UVC ultraviolet radiation. The damage of the DNA increased with a rise in time. The damage was first observed in pyrimidine dimer bases and deoxyribose.
