| Abstract: | method for deriving the kinetic parameters of crystallization was proposed from a DSC heating curve and was applied to investigation on kinetics of nonisothermal crystallization of oriented poly (ethylene terephthalate) fibers. The parameters characterizing the rate and the mechanism of crystallization were obtained.The results indicate the crystallization kinetics of oriented PET fibers can be approximatively described by the first order kinetic model. |
