Er2O3的光致发光光谱,吸收光谱和Raman光谱

摘    要:在可见激光的激发下,Er2O3粉晶样品的Raman光谱易受Er^3+光致发光光谱的干扰。本文利用同一Raman光谱仪测得Er2O3的高分辨可见光吸收光谱和激发光谱。

Abstract:Raman spectra of Er2O3 fine powders are cluttered with photoluminescence lines when visible laser are used as excitation sources. In this paper, absorption and excitation spectra of Er2O3 in the visible region has been measured by same high resolution Raman spectrometer.The results exhibit the fine peaks of absorption and photoluminescence spectra of the \{\}\+4I\-\{11/2\}\{\}\+4I\-\{15/2\},\{\}\+2S\-\{3/2\} \{\}\+4I\-\{15/2\} and \{\}\+4F\-\{9/2\}\{\}\+4I\-\{15/2\} transitions of the Er3+ in Er2O3,have same frequencies and shapes in common. The real Raman peaks can be distinguished from excitation spectra by means of the corresponding relationship.\=
