摘 要: | 提出一种新的条闰相分析技术用于三维面形自动测量。将光栅图案投影于物体表面上,投影像随物体三维面形变形,形变的投影像用次条纹积分算法分析,求出位相变化和相应的三维面形。

Subfringe Integration Profilometry for the Measurement of 3-D Object Shapes |

Abstract: | A new technique of fringe analysis is proposed to measure the 3-D objest shape. A grating pattern is projected onto an object,and the grating pattern deforms in accordance with the 3一object shape. T his deformed grating image is analyzed by means of subfringe integration algorithm·T he phase distribution and profile of the object shape are given. |
