摘    要:
利用反相胶束独特的介质特性,捕捉到漆酶催化反应的中间体光谱动力学信号,实现了对酶催化反应过程的在线光谱研究.通过解析反应过程中在线测得的动力学光谱数据矩阵,解得中间体的生成和衰减均为一级反应,并求出实验条件下的反应速率常数.通过实验数据与解析结果的比较证实了方法的合理性.

Abstract:
The kinetic spectrum of the intermediate of laccase-catalyzed reaction was captured by making use of unique properties of reversed micelles. Hence the kinetics of the enzymatic reaction was studied on-line. Through the resolution of the experimental data matrix, the formation and decay of the intermediate was found to be first-order reactions. The rate constants of the two steps of reaction were obtained. Calculated results were compared with experimental data, which showed the reliability of the resolution as well as the limitation of some traditional methods on dealing with such a on-line-analysis problem.
