摘    要:半导体激光器是一种重要的光电器件,其出射光束的质量改善在应用中具有十分重要的意义。介绍了采用折射原理的渐变折射率透镜光束改善系统,以反射原理为依据的高精度反射元件,以衍射理论为基础的二元系统和多原理结合的光束性能改善系统。对近期国内外出现的像散梯度渐变折射率透镜、液胞器件、独立反射元件等新技术进行了阐述。

New technologies summary of semiconductor laser beam quality improvement
Abstract:Semiconductor laser technology is an improtant opticelectric element and its beam quality improvement is significant to the application of semiconductor laser. Several new laser beam quality improvement technologies are discussed. It includes the astigmatic gradient index lens basing on the theory of diffraction, the reflection elements basing on the reflection theory and some other optical systems relying on multi theory, etc. Several new technologies appearing domestically and abroad recently such as astigmatic gradient index elements, liquid cell and single reflection device are emphasized.
