| Abstract: | Models of perfectly rigid and perfectly soft acoustic scatterers of different dimensions are used to study the applicability limits of the Novikov-Grinevich-Manakov functional algorithm intended for reconstructing two-dimensional scatterers. Particular scattering features intrinsic to boundary scatterers are revealed. |
