摘    要:
本文研究了石墨炉原子吸收法对康寿乐口服液中硒的测定条件和适用范围。当加5mg/ml Ni(NO3)2作基体改进剂,试液中硒大于100ng/ml时,方法测定值与氢化法基本一致。

Abstract:
In this paper, the determination conditions of selenium and suitable range in kangshoule solution by GFAAS were studied. When 5mg/ml Ni (NO_3)_2 was added as matrix modifier and selenium content in analytical solution was over 100ng/ml, the determination value was almost equal to that by HG-AAS.
