摘    要:介绍了实验室关于有粘结剂冷压成型型煤强度研究的一些实验结果。所用原料煤为烟煤,以高分子聚合物为粘结剂。本文讨论了原料煤粒度、压力和水分对型煤冷态强度的影响,实验结果对工业生产有一定的指导意义。实验表明:原料煤的粒度对型煤冷态强度影响较大;成型水分对亲水性粘结剂的分散起重要作用。

Abstract:Some experimental results of research on cold strength of briquette with agglomerant are introduced in this paper. The industrial briquettes are made of bituminous coal and the agglomerant is high molecular polymer. The effect of granularity, pressure and moisture content on cold strength of briquette is studied. The results are useful for the industrial process. The experiments indicated that the granularity of raw coal has notable influence on the cold strength, and the moisture content is effective on the dispersion of agglomerant, especially for the hydrophilic agglomerant.
