航空高速涡轮制冷机用气体轴承的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了高参数航空涡轮制冷机用高速气体轴承研制中的部分工作。在论述工作环境条件苛刻的这类制冷机中用气体轴承替代滚动轴承的必要性、可行性和特殊性的基础上,叙述了研制这类气体轴承时在设计、选材、加工和调试等方面完成的多项特殊试验以及气体轴承改装产品的航空环境适应性试验和应用概况。

Abstract:Some high Speed gas bearings for aviation turbo-refrigerator with high performance parameters were introduced. Concerning the necessity, feasibility and specificity of substituting roller bearings with gas bearings on turbo-refrigerator which work under severe conditions,some special tests and research work in the course of developing gas bearings (such as, gas bearing design,material selection ,manufacture and adjustment),aviation environment adaptable tests and application of the turbo-refrigerator retrof-fited with gas bearings were described.
