摘    要:针对五元混合工质四级自动复叠制冷循环系统启动压力过高和降温速率缓慢的问题,搭建了试验装置;设计了适合四级自动复叠循环系统的一种压力保护装置;分析了对系统压缩机吸排气压力和降温特性的影响。试验结果表明:所设计的压力保护装置能起到优化压缩机吸排气压力、加快降温速率的作用。

Abstract:According to the problems of starting-up high pressure and slow velocity of temperature drop,a tester was established and a pressure protector on the four-stage out-cascade refrigeration cycle was designed.The effect of suction and exhausting pressure and temperature drop was also analyzed.The experimental results show that the pressure protector can optimize the suction and exhausting pressure and increase the velocity of temperature drop.
