摘    要:在液体培养过程中,不同 pH( 3. 5~ 6. 0)和 Al3+浓度( 0~ 40μ m)对二个大豆品种浙春 3 号和浙春 2 号 幼苗生长及根尖细胞蛋白质合成有明显的影响, 并且二个品种间存在差异. pH>4. 5 是二个品种幼苗适 宜的生长环境; pH<4. 0 明显抑制其生长.在 pH4. 3的条件下二个品种均有较强的耐铝性.总的来看, 浙 春 2号的耐酸铝性强于浙春3 号.根尖细胞蛋白质 PAGE分析表明,浙春 2号经100μ mAl3+~ 400μ mAl3+ 处理 144h 后, Rf 0. 75 带蛋白质表达受抑制.

Abstract:The effects of pH( 3. 5 to 6. 0)and varying concentrations( 0 to 400μm)of Al3+in hydroponics on seedlings growth and root apices protein expression of two soybean cultivars( Zhechun No. 3 andZhechun No. 2)w ere studied.The results show ed that the seedlings grow th were inhibited obviously by the pH range of 3. 5 to 4. 0, but growing normally at the pH >4. 5.The grow th inhibition of Zhechum No. 2 were less than Zhechun No. 3 at the pH range of 4. 0 to 4. 5. Zhechum No. 2 seedlings w ere strong Al-tolerent to 100 and 200μm Al3+, and Zhechun No. 3 only to 100μm Al3+.For PAGE analysis of root apices protein, results showed that the protein expression at Rf 0. 75 were inhibited w hen seedlings of Zhechum No. 2 exposed to concentrations of Al3+ ranging from 100μ m to 400μ m ( pH4. 3)for 144h.
