胸腺素在抗辐射效应中的淋巴细胞回升作用

摘    要:本文以外周血白细胞总数、淋巴细胞与粒细胞比率、ANAE~+淋巴细胞百分率、SP与DP淋巴细胞比率、骨髓有核细胞数和~3H-TdR掺入到骨髓有核细胞量的变化,探讨了胸腺素对经450仑辐射鼠体的抗辐射效应。结果表明:小牛胸腺素对白细胞,特别对淋巴细胞的回升,对T淋巴细胞,特别对T_μ淋巴细胞损伤防护和回升,对骨髓有核细胞数和~3H-TdR掺入量都有明显的促进作用。结果提示,小牛胸腺素具有调整因辐射所引起的鼠休淋巴细胞低降,从而恢复免疫功能的效应。

Abstract:Hemocytological examinations are carried out progressively after 450R in mice which are subjected subsequently to thymosin treatment.The items examined include peripheral leucocyte count, lymphocyte/granulocyte ratio, percentage of ANAE+ lymphocytes, percentage of DP and SP pattern cells of ANAE + lymphocytes, the nucleated cells count of bone marrow and the incorpara-tion of 3H-TdR into DNA in nucleated cells culture of bone marrow. The results indicate that the calf thymosin exhibits marked effect on the rehabilitation of leukopoietic recovery after a sublethal irradiation in mice. The recovery of those cells such as lymphocyte, especially T cells and T cells closely assocated with the immunological function is prominently promoted by the treatment of thymosin. So is the hemopoietic activity in the nucleated cells of bone marrow. In view of the above results, it is believed that the calf thymosin has a potentical ability to reconstitute the immune function in irradiated mice.
