| Abstract: | In this paper the theory of FEL operation in a longitudinal uniform magnetic field integrated with a synchronous precessing electro-magnetic field is expounded in view of the main problems in FEL development. A new energy compensation method is suggested as a new way and basis for the development of FEL research. |
