| Abstract: | The results of this research showed as follows: 1. LDH activities of the seminal plasma in 0, 3.and 6 hours after being radiated by 2.7-8. 1J/cm2 laser radiation were significantly higher than that of control group (p<0. 01). GOT activities of the seminal plasma radiated by 2. 7-5. 4 J/cm2 laser radiation were significantly higher than that of control group (p<0. 01 ). AKP activity of the seminal plasma radiated by 2. 7/cm2 laser radiation was higher than that of control group(p<0. 05). These indicate that the laser is of significant effect on enzyme activity. 2. Compared with that in control group just after being radiated,AKP activity in 5. 4J/cm2 laser radiation group and GOT activity in 8. 1J/cm2 laser radiation group were higher (p<0. 05). In 3 and 6 hours after being radiated, they were higher (p<0. 05). These indicate that the laser radiation is of limit effect on enzyme action.3. Compared with that in control group, hyaluronidase activities in 2. 7-8. 1J/cm2 laser radiation groups were higher, but it is lower in 10. 8J/cm2 laser radiation group. These indicate that hyaluronidase is not sensitive to light action.This paper has initially inquired into the mechanism of laser action on enzymes. |
