| Abstract: | Abstract For the first time, the biological interesting enantiomerically enriched α-aminophosphinic acids and their derivatives were prepared by asymmetric hydrogenation of suitable precursors and saponification of the obtained products. Enantiomeric excesses of up to 99 % were obtained. |
