甲烷光纤气体传感器的实验研究

摘    要:本文首先对甲烷气体传感器的工作原理进行了较详细的分析,并在实验中论证了方案的可行性,比较了它优于传统传感器的特点,最后文中从理论上分析了该传感器的最小可探测压强。

Abstract:In this paper it is reported the principle of methane fiber optical sensor (MFOS) in detail. In addition, prior to traditional sensors, experimental results and its performance are shown. This experiment showed that MFOS linked with the White cavity can provide a further improvement. In the end the limited pressure is analyzed theoretically.
