摘    要:K覆盖的Cu(111)表面在室温下可吸附CO(可能是分解吸附),在K的覆盖度θK明显小于θminmin≈0.18)的范围内,室温下CO的吸附使表面功函数增大。当θK≥θmin时,表面功函数先减小,达一极小值后再随CO暴露量增大。这一结果可以用凝胶一平板(Jellium-slab)模型的图象很好地解释。关键词

Abstract:Coadsorption of CO and K on Cu(lll) surface was investigated using a Kelvin probe. We found that CO can adsorb (probably dissociatively) on the potassium precovered Cu(lll) surface at room temperature. When θKmin, (θmin = 0.18) the adsorption of CO makes the work function increase. When θKmin, the work function decreases at first, and then increases with amount of CO exposure. The results can be well accounted for by the jellium slab model.
