陶粒-普通混凝土双层组合路面层间应力及弯沉分析

摘    要:为研究陶粒-普通混凝土双层组合路面的层间应力及弯沉, 首先进行Z型组合试件的粘结性能试验, 并利用ANSYS软件建立陶粒-普通混凝土双层组合路面模型, 分析车辆在匀速和制动工况下组合路面的层间应力及弯沉分布; 还进一步研究了增设Z型钢筋网对组合路面层间粘结性能的加强作用. 结果表明: 陶粒-普通混凝土双层组合路面具有较理想的层间粘结性能和较小的变形; 增设Z型钢筋网可进一步减小层间应力和变形, 加强整体粘结性能.

Abstract:In order to study the interlaminar stress and deflection of ceramsite-common concrete double layer composite pavement, the test of the bond ability of Z-shaped composite specimens was conducted. The ceramsite-common concrete double-layer composite pavement models were established by ANSYS software. The interlaminar stress and deflection of the composite pavement under the condition of constant speed and braking were analyzed respectively. The reinforcement effect of the Z-shaped steel mesh on the composite pavement was further studied. The results indicate that the ceramsite-common concrete double layer composite pavement exhibits desirable interlayer bonding performance and small deflection. Using Z-shaped steel mesh can further reduce the stress and deflection among layers, and enhance the integral bonding performance.
