Optical absorption coefficients in asymmetric quantum well

The optical absorption coefficients considering electron-phonon interaction in asymmetrical quantum wells are theoretically studied. The result shows that the optical absorption coefficients depend strongly on the parameters of quantum well. Interestingly, the theoretical values of the optical absorption coefficients obviously increase with considering the electron-phonon interaction.
