比值导数光谱法同时测定调味品中的微量金属元素

摘    要:锌、铜、锰3种金属离子在pH=9.20的硼砂缓冲溶液中能和显色剂4-(2-吡啶偶氮)-间苯二酚(PAR)发生显色反应,但生成的有色络合物吸收光谱严重重叠,分析测定存在困难.本文采用比值导数光谱法对该3种金属元素进行同时测定,实验采集了300~800 nm间的的吸光度数据并建立比值导数光谱法模型,讨论了各试剂的用量、pH值的影响及可能存在的干扰,计算了回归方程和线性范围.该法被用于调味品酱油和红醋中锌、铜、锰的测定,计算结果与原子吸收法得到的结果较接近.

Abstract:The spectra of metal - PAR complexes are seriously overlapped in pH 9.20 buffer solution, and it is difficult to analysis them without a pre - separation. In this work,a ratio spectrum - derivative spectrophotometric method was developed for simultaneous determination of zinc, copper and manganese in commercial condiment samples. The optimal experimental condition and the possible interferences were investigated.
