摘    要:为检验铝纤维炸药的做功能力,对铝纤维炸药土中爆炸扩腔现象进行实验,并采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行数值模拟,得出铝纤维炸药爆腔半径随药量变化的关系。结果表明,现场实验与数值模拟均能较好地表征铝纤维炸药土中爆炸扩腔的规律,铝纤维炸药相对于工业乳化炸药做功能力强,且由于其成型效果好等特点,应用于一些复杂的环境能够取得理想效果,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:To evaluate the work capability of the aluminum fiber explosive, the field test of explosion cavity expansion in soil by aluminum fiber explosive was performed, and the numerical simulation analysis using the software of ANSYS/LS-DYNA was carried out for further investigation. The relationship between the radius of the explosion cavity and the explosive charge was obtained. Our results reveal that both of the two methods provide a fairly good characterization of the law of expansion during the explosion cavity process in soil of aluminum fiber explosive, and the characteristics the aluminum fiber explosive exhibit are better than those of the emulsion explosive in modelling and work ability, which offers a promising application when used in complicated environments and provides a reference for similar engineering projects.
