掺钕钆镓石榴石激光陶瓷粉体的研究

摘    要:优质的纳米前驱体是生成良好透明陶瓷的关键。采用Sol-gel法制得颗粒均匀、粒度小、无团聚、分散性好的Nd:GGG激光陶瓷前驱粉体。对透明陶瓷前驱体进行测试XRD分析,与标准JCPDS卡片对比表明样品属于立方晶系,空间群Ia3d,晶格常数为:A=123.7nm。粉体的最佳烧成温度为1000℃,煅烧时间8h。SEM观察发现,样品纯度高、单分散、颗粒均匀且近似球形,符合制备透明陶瓷的粉体要求。

Abstract:Superior nanopowder is the crucial of transparent ceramic.In order to prepare Nd∶GGG transparent ceramic,this article make use of sol-gel method to prepare the precursor powder of the transparent ceramic,and its goal is to obtain the homogenously dispersive and small size powder,and gain the high quality transparent ceramic.After obtained the powder of transparent ceramic,we have to character it,XRD spectra of the samples show that the samples exhibit the cube structure,the space group is Ia3d,its lattice constant is:A=123.7nm.The crystalline grain grows gradually with increasing temperature,and the powder reach the best state at 1000℃ for 8 hours;SEM shows the powder was sphere in shape and dispersed homogeneously.
