工业染料废水介孔吸附剂的制备及其光催化性能

摘    要:以P123为模板、正硅酸乙酯为硅源,通过水热法一步合成了负载TiO2的介孔吸附剂,并通过红外光谱(FT-IR),X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对其进行表征.透射电镜(TEM)以及氮吸附测试结果表明,样品PS1孔径为5.23nm,比表面积为798.97m2/g,样品PS2的孔径为4.90nm,比表面积为866.64m2/g.光催化降解实验结果显示,PS1对亚甲基蓝(MB)和罗丹明B(RB)的最大吸附量分别为23.79mg/g和17.56mg/g,PS2对MB和RB的最大吸附量分别为23.05mg/g和20.05mg/g;PS1和PS2对RB的最大光降解量均为25.2mg/g左右,到达最大光降解量的时间分别为50min和120min;PS1和PS2对MB的降解在25min内均达到最大,最大光降解量均稳定在24.9mg/g左右.结果表明,PS1和PS2均对MB有较好的光催化效果.

Abstract:TiO2-loaded mesoporous adsorbent has been prepared by hydrothermal method using P123 as the template and Tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) as the silica source.The composition was characterized by FT-IR and XRD.The results based on the analysis of the nitrogen isotherms and TEM showed that the pore diameter of sample PS1 and PS2 was 5.23 nm and 4.90 nm,the specific surface area was 798.97 m2/g and 866.64 m2/g,respectively.The photocatalysis results of the mesoporous adsorbent indicated that the maxmum adsorption capacity of PS1 to Rhodamine B(RB) and Methylene Blue(MB) was 23.79 mg/g and 17.56 mg/g,PS2 to RB and MB was 23.05 mg/g and 20.05 mg/g,respectively;The maxmum catalytic capacity of PS1 and PS2 to RB can all reach to 25.2 mg/g or so in 50 min and 120 min respectively,to MB can all reach to 24.9 mg/g in 25 min,respectively.Those results showed that PS1 and PS2 had better catalytic effect than RB.
