柱层析分离—原子吸收法测定麻叶千里光有机态和无机态中微量元素硒

摘    要:通过柱层析分离,首先采用氯仿分离麻叶千里光有机态和无机态;然后选择正己烷等3种不同极性溶剂作洗脱剂,以硅胶柱进行洗脱;最后用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测定了麻叶千里光各洗脱液中硒的含量。结果表明,麻叶千里光有机态和无机态经过正己烷、乙酸乙酯、甲醇3种不同极性溶剂洗脱,测得硒元素含量存在显著差异,其中有机态洗脱后,硒元素含量分别为:正己烷5.142μg/g,乙酸乙酯3.329μg/g,甲醇2.011μg/g;而无机态洗脱后,测得硒元素含量分别为:正己烷1.956μg/g,乙酸乙酯2.505μg/g,甲醇4.109μg/g;RSD(%)分别为:有机态-正己烷0.66,有机态-乙酸乙酯1.04,有机态-甲醇0.38,无机态-正己烷0.42,无机态-乙酸乙酯0.80,无机态-甲醇0.58;加标回收率分别为:98.79%,99.76%,91.42%,82.99%,102.2%,94.50%。
