摘    要:以3,5-二溴苯甲醚为起始原料,通过Suzuki偶联反应制得3,5-二吡啶苯甲醚(3); 3经三溴化硼脱保护得到3,5-二吡啶苯酚(4); 4进一步发生亲核取代反应得到化合物5;化合物65组装得到新型铂基超分子大环,其结构经1H NMR和31P NMR表征。

Abstract:3,5-Dipyridine anisole(3) was successfully prepared from 3,5-dibromoanisole by Suzuki-coupling reaction. 3,5-Dipyridylphenol(4) was obtained through deprotection of 3, which was further treated with nucleophilic substitution to give new compound 5. Compound 6 and 5 were coupled through coordination-driven self-assembling to give an unreported organometallic macrocyclic compound. The structure was characterized by 1H NMR and 31P NMR.
