机电控制技术实验系统开发

摘    要:为了充分利用原有机电控制技术试验台,满足机电控制技术课程实践教学的需要,并为先进控制系统研究提供实验平台,改造了原有的机电控制综合实验装置。该装置以电机为实验对象,增加实验对象加载装置,用VC++编写了控制界面,通过PC及PLC两级控制,完成电机特性测试、机电传动系统控制等实验内容。经使用表明,该套实验装置操作简单、开放性好、实战性强。通过本实验台,可提高学生动手能力,完成了工程实践能力的培养。

Abstract:In order to make use of the original electromechanical control experimental device,meet the needs of the practical teaching of electromechanical control technology course,provide an experimental platform for research on advanced control system,the electromechanical control experimental device is upgraded.The motor is used as experimental object,loading device is developed.Controlling interface is programmed using VC++ software.By the PC and PLC control system,the motor performance testing,electromechanical transmission system control experiments can be completed.By using this system shows that it is easy to operate and has the advantage of opening and strong practicality.Through this experiment,the practical ability and the engineering practice ability training can complete.
