低体质量先天性心脏病患儿围术期的护理方法

目的分析围术期护理干预应用于低体质量先天性心脏病护理中的护理效果。方法研究对象为梅州市中医医院收治的64例低体质量先天性心脏病患儿,选择年份均为2014年1月至2016年1月期间,采用抽签的分组方式将其平均分为对照组和实验组,每32例患儿为1组,其中对照组患儿给予常规护理干预,而实验组的护理方式为围术期护理干预方法,将两组患儿的护理效果进行分析和对比。结果经过不同的护理干预,与对照组患儿相比,实验组患儿的家长护理满意度明显较高,差异对比P0.05,具有统计学意义。结论围术期护理干预应用于低体质量先天性心脏病护理中效果显著,值得应用推广。

Methods of Care of Low Birth Weight Infants With Congenital Heart Disease,Perioperative

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing intervention for low weight with congenital heart disease nursing care benefits. Methods low weight congenital heart disease 64 cases subject of the present study was admitted to our hospital, were to select the year from January 2014 to January 2016 period, by ballot groupings which were divided into control group and experimental group every 32 patients per group, in which children control group received conventional nursing intervention, the experimental group of nursing interventions for the way nursing perioperative nursing effect of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Different nursing intervention group compared with the control children, parents of children in the experimental group was significantly higher satisfaction with care, differences in contrast P < 0. 05, statistically significant. Conclusions Perioperative nursing intervention for low weight congenital heart care effect is remarkable, is worth application and promotion.
