| 摘 要： | 全世界每年死于乙型肝炎病毒相关疾病的人数已达60万人,应用荧光定量PCR法检测能够提高乙肝病毒基因的检出率,正确掌握该技术方法能够更加有效地进行疾病诊断和预防工作。基于此,研究针对荧光定量PCR法检测乙肝病毒基因的方法进行探讨。

| Abstract: | At least 600 000 individuals worldwide annually die of hepatitis B virus ( HBV ) -related diseases. The detection rate of hepatitis B virus gene could be improved by using fluorescence quantitative PCR method, and correctly grasp the technical method can be more effective in disease diagnosis and prevention. Based on this, this study aimed to explore the method of detection of hepatitis B virus gene by fluorescence quantitative PCR method. |
