普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀对高脂血症患者血管内皮功能的影响

目的分析普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀对高脂血症患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取孝感仁信医院2014年3月—2016年3月收治的高脂血症患者88例,随机分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=55),对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组给予普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对比两组的血脂水平,并观察其对血管内皮功能的影响。结果治疗8周后,观察组HDL-C、NO高于对照组,TG、TC、LDL-C、ET-1低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);不良反应发生率组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀可改善高脂血症患者的血脂水平,降低ET-1水平,提升HDL-C、NO含量,对血管内皮细胞具有良好的保护作用,具有较高的实用价值。

Effect of Probucol Combined With Atorvastatin on Endothelial Function in Hyperlipidemic Patients

Objective To analyze the effect of probucol combined with atorvastatin on endothelial function in hyperlipidemic patients. Methods 88 patients with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group ( n = 33) and observation group ( n = 55), the control group was given atorvastatin treatment, the observation group was treated with probucol combined with atorvastatin. We compared the blood lipid levels of the two groups, and observed their effects on the vascular endothelial function. Results After 8 weeks treatment, the hDL - C and NO of the observation group were higher than the control group, TG, TC, ET - 1 and LDL - C were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P 》 0. 05). Conclusion Probucol combined with atorvastatin on endothelial function can improve the blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia patients, reduce the level of ET - 1 and raise hDL - C and no content, on vascular endothelial cells has good protective effect, with high practical value.
