大隐静脉高位结扎联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床护理观察

目的对应用全面护理模式对患有大隐静脉曲张疾病的患者在接受大隐静脉高位结扎联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗期间实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法选择广州市番禺区中医院收治的88例患有大隐静脉曲张疾病的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组44例。采用传统大隐静脉剥脱术和常规护理模式对对照组患者实施治疗和护理;采用大隐静脉高位结扎联合泡沫硬化剂注射方式和全面护理模式对治疗组患者实施治疗和护理。结果治疗组患者大隐静脉曲张疾病的治疗手术治疗效果明显优于对照组;对大隐静脉曲张手术治疗期间的护理满意度明显高于对照组;住院治疗总时间明显短于对照组。结论应用全面护理模式对患有大隐静脉曲张疾病的患者在接受大隐静脉高位结扎联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。

Clinical Observation and Nursing Care of Great Saphenous Vein High Ligation Combined With Foam Sclerotherapy For Varicose Vein

Objective To apply a comprehensive care model for patients with great saphenous vein disease receiving saphenous vein ligation joint foam sclerotherapy care during the implementation of the clinical effects were studied.Methods 88 cases with great saphenous vein disease patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 44 cases in each group average.Traditional saphenous vein stripping surgery and routine care for patients in the control group mode of treatment and care; using saphenous vein ligation joint foam sclerotherapy manner and comprehensive care model for the treatment group, treatment and care for patients.Results The surgical outcomes in patients treated with great saphenous vein disease than the control group; nursing satisfaction saphenous varicose vein surgery during treatment was significantly higher; the total time of hospitalization was significantly shorter than the control group.Conclusion The comprehensive care model for patients with great saphenous vein disease receiving saphenous vein ligation joint foam sclerotherapy of nursing during clinical effect is obvious.
