| Abstract: | A new kind of opto-electronic rotating angle detector based on precision CCD linear image sensors shown. Its principle, design method, software and hardware structure are explained. The data processing technology is analyzed. The digital correction method to reduce temperature drift within full-temperature is introduced. |
