| 摘 要： | 甲苯胺蓝法是一种被广泛使用的测肝素钠含量的方法。本文绘制了此方法的校准曲线,并且确定了肝素钠线性范围。肝素钠浓度超过了34μg/mL,甲苯胺蓝法将不再敏感。

| Abstract: | Spectrophotometry is one of the methods widely used for the determination of heparin.The calibration curve was studied,the absorbance had a good linear relationship with the concentration of heparin in low level,the toluidine blue method will no longer be sensitive beyond 0—34μg/mL amount of heparin. |
