铜溶胶的制备

摘    要:本文探讨了铜溶胶的制备条件如保护剂、还原剂、铜盐的种类及用量、反庆温度对铅溶胶稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,在适当的条件下,在空气中可以制得稳定存在的铜溶胶,其在条件下可保存18个月不被氧化,溶胶中铜粒子的平均粒径在43-174nm的范围。

Abstract:he preparition conditions of copper sol such as protective agent, reducing agent, sorts and quantity of copper salt and reaction tempcrature, and their influences on the stability of copper sol is discussed in this paper. The result shows: Under proper conditions, stable copper sol can be prepared in air. The copper remains in an unoxidized state after 18 months storage in a scaled container. The average particle size is between 43nm and 174nm.
