氯碳酸镁盐的溶解、转化机制及动力学研究

摘    要:采用NH4HCO3溶液逐滴加入浓的MgCl2水溶液中,经回流沸腾制得氯碳酸镁盐的晶体2MgCO3.Mg(OH)2.MgCl2.6H2O。

Abstract:Mg-chlorocarbonate, 2MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·6H2O, was prepared by adding NH4HCO3, solution into boiling concentrated solution of MgCl2.The process of dissolution of this double salt has three stages: dissolution, induction and transformation. The inversion products were 4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·mH2O. The value of m depends on temperature.The experiment showed that Mg-chlorocarbonate was transformated to final product 5MgO·CO2·5H2O. The experiment data of dissolution process have been fitted with STUMM EQUATION by computer and the kinetic equation of 4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·mH2O with different water have been obtained. It indicated that the dissolution process may be controlled by diffusion.
