Abstract: | ![]() The problem of an underwater electrical explosion in a long layered elastoplastic cylinder is solved. The solution is obtained numerically with use of artificial viscosity. The law for energy produced by the explosion is determined experimentally and residual stresses are determined by the establishment method.
