摘    要:对机械制冷机温度控制系统分别从驱动控制电路、制冷机压缩机、制冷机冷指及冷平台杜瓦组件的特性进行了研究,揭示输入电压与输出温度之间的传递函数的物理特性关系。基于Simplorer软件搭建机械制冷机的系统级温控仿真平台,通过该平台可实时反映控制系统中不同物理量的变化情况,并将仿真结果与实验结果进行对比,验证了该仿真模型的可行性。通过该仿真平台,分析了热负载变化、环境温度变化和测温信号噪声对机械制冷机温控系统的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, we studied the characteristics of mechanical cryocooler temperature control system from drive control circuit, cryocooler compressor, cryocooler cold finger and cold platform Dewar components.The physical characteristics of the transfer function were revealed between the input voltage and the output temperature. The system temperature control simulation platform of mechanical cryocooler was established based on Simplorer. The simulation platform could reflect the changes of different physical quantities in the control system in real time.The simulation results were compared with the experimental results to verify the feasibility of the simulation model. Through the simulation platform, the effects of thermal load changes, environment temperature changes and temperature measurement signal noise on the temperature control system of the mechanical cryocooler were analyzed.
