摘    要:利用改进的柔性印刷电路技术,把一个分布式传感器/驱动器网络预先复合到一片绝缘载体膜上形成薄层,再结合相应的信号控制和处理软件,这就是当前先进的智能夹层(SMARTLayer)技术。结构健康监测(SHM)系统中智能夹层的提出及发展,将有可能把目前广泛采用的离线、静态、被动的材料及结构的损伤检测,转变为在线、动态、实时的健康监测,从而导致工程结构及材料安全监测与性能改善思路产生质的飞跃,引起结构及材料设计思想的变革。在本文中,主要阐述了智能夹层的发展、特点、关键技术、部件、相关的数据处理和应用情况,以及对今后的发展提出了一些需要注意解决的问题。在研究中,我们发现嵌入到玻璃纤维复合材料中的智能夹层对工程材料基体的力学性能没有产生明显的影响,并且自身的电学性能也非常稳定。

Abstract:The currently advanced SMART Layer technology may be stated in the following: adapting flexible printed circuit technique for prefabricating a distributing sensor/actuator network to an insulated carrier film and combining relative soft for controlling and processing. The concept of SMART Layer in structural health monitoring system (SHM) has been putting forward and developing, which would convert the currently used off-line, static, passive material and structure inspecting ways into on-line, dynamic, real time health monitoring. Therefore a qualitative leap would bring up in safety supervision and performance improvement of engineering structures and materials as well in idea innovation of structures and materials design. In this paper, we primarily discuss the development, characteristics, key techniques, components, relative signal processing and the application of SMART Layer. Then some key questions which must be resolved in the future are also pointed out. In this study, we discover that the SMART Layer embedded in glass fiber composites has no distinct influence on mechanical performance of the composites, and electrical performance of the embedded SMART Layer is also very consistent.
