蔗渣纤维素黄原酸酯的制备及稳定性研究

Abstract:The synthesis process of bagasse cellulose xanthate(BCX) is that:the bagasse was put into 20% concentration of NaOH solution,soaked 24 h,filtered,then it was set into the alkaline solution,added 0.5 mL/g CS2 slowly,Stirred 2.5 hours under 30 degrees;the author optimized the BCX on the synthesis conditions and evaluated the effect of adsorption of heavy metal ions.The results show that,BCX have good adsorption on the removal of nickel ions,Copper ions,zinc ions,lead ions in waste water,the removal rate can reach more than 96%;the pH and concentration of the treated wastewater which from Jiangmen another electroplating factory can reach the national emission standards;Residue of metal ions adsorbed has better stability in the neutral water environment,the metal ion release very little.
