高光束质量Nd:YAG激光系统的研制

摘    要: 针对惯性约束核聚变驱动器激光预处理系统的需求,研制了一套高功率高光束质量Nd:YAG 激光系统,该系统中采用了高稳定的被动调Q单纵模振荡器、受激布里渊散射脉冲压缩和高效聚光腔等多种技术,获得了脉冲宽度3ns、激光能量1.1J、远场发散角0.3mrad的激光输出。

Abstract:Due to the requirement of laser conditioning system of ICF drive. A Nd: YAG laser system with high power and high beam quality is developed. Compared to current common laser system, it has an apparent improvement in temporal shape and beam quality. The system applies several technologies and teaches as following: a single longitudinal mode oscillator with a passive Q-switch; SBS pulse compressing technology; SBS pulse phase-conjugation technology; image relay technology and high efficient pumping cavity. Its main technology indexes are listed as pulse width 3ns ,energy 1.1J,far field diverge angle 0.3mrad,repitition frequency 10Hz.
