摘    要:核酸是生命现象的物质基础,核酸的分析测定在医学和生物学研究中有重要的意义.共振光散射技术是研究小分子物质与核酸发生作用并形成聚集体后的灵敏探测技术.本综述引用了32篇文献,介绍了近年来共振光散射探针在核酸分析中的研究进展,并评价了各种方法的优劣.
