| Abstract: | Decoupling of the residual dipolar coupling between 13C and14N nuclei is investigated experimentally in a triple resonance experiment. It is shown that pulsed decoupling can be used to give enhanced sensitivity and reduced line widths and the technique is illustrated using short peptides. |
