A Method on Construction of Biorthogonal Multiwavelets

Multiwavelets are the newest direction of wavelets research. They have some good properties that scalar wavelets have not. The construction of completely orthogonal multiwavelets is very difficult, so in many application people can use biorthogonal multiwavelets as analysing tool. This note gives a method to construct biorthogonal multiscaling functions from multiscaling functions, and give an example by using this method.
