| Abstract: | We show that many of the features of the theory of hypercyclic and supercyclic operators extend to that of finitely hypercyclic/supercyclic operators. In particular, subnormal operators, Banach space isometries, and thereforeC 1 contractions are not finitely supercyclic. |
