| Abstract: | Etch pits on (100) and (001) surface of KDP crystals have been revealed by chemical etchant and optical observations. Based on the distribution and morphology as well as the type of dislocations and other defects on KDP crystals of different qualities, a brief discussion on the formation of the dislocations is given. |
