N-酰基壳聚糖的合成及膜的结构与性能

摘    要:以甲醇和醋酸为介质,通过酸酐与壳聚糖反应合成出N-酰基壳聚糖,并以溶液法制备出N-酰基壳聚糖膜。实验结果表明,降低醋酸浓度,增大甲醇用量以及酸酐/氨基摩尔比可提高壳聚糖的N-酰基取代度;控制醋酸和甲醇浓度以及酸酐/氨基摩尔比可获得不同取代度的N-酰基壳聚糖;N-酰基壳聚糖较为合适的合成条件为:ω(MeOH)80%、ω(AcOH)1%、酸酐/氨基摩尔比0-3.N-位长脂肪链的导入,破坏了壳聚糖原有的晶体结构,随着N-酰基脂肪链数的增长,N-酰基壳聚糖的结晶度逐渐减小,力学性能逐渐降低。

Abstract:N-acylchitosan prepared by reaction between carboxylic anhydride and chitosan in CH3OH and acetic acid (AcOH) , as the medium of reaction, and films of N-acylchitosan prepared from their solution. Degree of substitution (DS) of N-acylchitosan can be enhanced by decreasing the concentration of acetic acid, increasing CH3OH and the carboxylic anhydride/-NH2 molar ratio. Therefore the optimum condition is evaluated as 80% n(CH3OH), 1% n(AcOH) and 0-3 of carboxylic anhydride/-NH2 molar ratio. The X-RD results showed that N-acylchitosan exhibited new crystalline structure. Their crystalline degree decreased with an increase of N-acrylaliphatic chain number, but the mechanical properties decreased.
